Shipping

All products are shipped via Australia Post standard posting. Domestic postage is usually within a week. Postage to New Zealand can take 7-10 days and to other countries 12-20 days. Upon despatch of your order you will be emailed a tracking number for your purchase.

Your purchase will be packed into a jewellery bag or box with padding and delivered within a padded postal envelope designed to minimise the risk of damage during transit.

It is important you provide correct address details during your purchase process.


Returns

30 Days to Return and Refund

At Heart of Stone our goal is ensure your complete satisfaction. Should your item arrive damaged during transit or you simply decide you no longer want the item then you have 30 days from delivery to post it back to us at P O Box 5083 Warrnambool 3280 Victoria, Australia. You are liable for the cost of postage.

For health reasons we accept returns of earrings only in the event of damage during transit. You cannot return earrings for any other reason.

We ask that if your item arrives damaged you immediately take a digital image on your phone and email the image to us along with advice of your intention to return the item.

In your email you should indicate whether you are seeking a refund or replacement. We will respond with an indication of availability of a replacement item, or a possible alternative.

In event of a refund. We will email you to confirm receipt of your returned goods. Upon receipt of your returned item(s) we will process your refund within 7 working days and email you a confirmation when the funds are transferred to your bank account.

Refunds are handled by our payments processer, either Stripe or Paypal. The payment processer will refund monies into the account you used for the purchase.
